Fluffy and satiny<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThis yarn is made from 70% kid mohair from South Africa and 30% tussah silk from China. Renowned for its softness and incomparable finesse, kid mohair is harvested from young Angora goats. Combined with wool or silk, it allows for the creation of soft pieces, a true haven of softness!
\nMohair provides a vaporous appearance enhanced by the shine and luminosity of silk. This precious and subtle reflection gives a particular depth to the colors. This yarn will allow you to create magnificent soft and light pieces. Knitted alone, it is perfect for making sweaters, vests, shawls and winter accessories. It will also bring additional softness and a beautiful halo to a piece made in duo with a lace or fingering wool yarn, or even DK for warm and cozy accessories like a hat for example.
\nParticularly volatile, it is not recommended for baby clothes. Furthermore, we recommend that beginners choose a thicker, more defined yarn that will enhance the visibility of the stitches. Mauka is aimed at experienced knitters who want to create refined knits that are both warm and very light, as well as very delicate and feminine pieces or lace.<\/span><\/p>\n
