A gentle, no-rinse wash to pamper your creations
Eucalan laundry detergent will take care of your creations made from wool and other textile fibers. It contains essential oils (except the fragrance-free version) as well as lanolin, a natural softener that preserves the suppleness, softness and beauty of all your delicate clothes. Lanolin helps to naturally condition the fibers and keep static electricity away.
This natural laundry detergent is available in 3 versions:
Unscented: Neutral, it is ideal in case of allergy to essential oils or hypersensitivity to fragrances.
Grapefruit: Fresh, light and invigorating fragrance. Grapefruit essential oil is a natural antiseptic, perfect for clothing in direct contact with the skin.
Eucalyptus: First introduced in 1989, this is the original scent of Eucalan. Eucalyptus essential oil, refreshing and uplifting, is a natural moth repellent. To be used especially before storing your woolens for the season.

Uses
A few precautions:
If your work is made up of several colors (especially very light ones combined with bright or dark ones), be careful during the first washes. Some colors can bleed. Therefore, use cold water.
Hand wash:
Fill a basin with water at room temperature (lukewarm, 30° maximum)
Add 5 ml of Eucalan (or 1 teaspoon) for 4L of water.
Gently squeeze the textile by hand to soak it in the soapy water. Avoid vigorous shaking (risk of felting the wool). Leave to soak for at least 15 minutes. No need to rinse.
Take the item out of the water and gently squeeze out the excess water, do not twist your stitches as this could deform them.
Drying:
Lay your knits flat on a clean, dry towel, then roll it to remove excess moisture.
Leave to dry flat on a clothesline or clean towel, away from direct heat and sunlight.
Eucalan detergent can also be used in the machine on other delicate fabrics (100 ml = 7 machine washes).
Do not use this detergent if you have an allergy or hypersensitivity to lanolin or certain essential oils.
